Fast Pitch Softball Band Training Program xxx

This program combines resistance bands and pitching motions to help develop speed, strength, power, endurance and velocity. Our goal is to provide the ability to train at “Game Speed”

Amanda Sedlock – An 8th grader at Columbia Middle School in Columbia Station.

Amanda is participating in a fast pitch pitching routine specifically designed by Pat Adams. The program is specifically designed to:

  • Accelerate fastball velocity.

  • Improve hip strength and functional core, through lower body resistance training.

  • Improve balance through the entire pitching delivery process.

  • Improve shoulder strength, mobility, and rotation.

All of this is all accomplished using multi-band resistance training.
