Our Athletes

We are proud of the success of all XST athletes. We have been working with athletes of all ages who are committed to improving their future.

Some of our recent success stories include:

J’Nathan Bullock – Pat was selected to train and prepare the CSU basketball player for his workouts with professional football scouts. J’Nathan had an impressive basketball career including being12th all time in scoring with 1,238 points. He was first team All Horizon League and was a key player in CSU’s return to the NCAA playoffs. J’Nathan wants to return to football and play professionally as a tight end. Read about his preparation and his pro day results.

Geoff Tisdale – Geoff is a Pittsburgh State graduate who trained with Pat in preparation for his tryout with the Canadian Football League Hamilton Tiger-Cats. He had a successful first year starting at Defensive Back. . He was nominated for rookie of the year. Geoff accumulated 39 tackles, 4 interceptions, with one returned for a 60 yard touchdown, and a fumble return for 87 yard touchdown. Geoff has returned to XST to train in his offseason.

Nate Kmic
Nate is training with Pat in preparation for pro day workouts. He played his college football at Mount Union where, as a running back, he set many NCAA records. This includes all time career rushing yards of 8,074 and 130 touchdowns. See Nate’s profile here.

Desmond Stephen
Desmond, a Western Michigan University graduate, trained with Pat this winter in advance of his pro day workout. Desmond was signed as a rookie free agent with the Hamilton Tiger-Cats and will report to rookie camp in May.

Shawn Donaldson
Shawn is a Kent State University graduate who trained with Pat in 2008 before being acquired by the Texas Copper Heads of the AFL-2 where he was the starting guard and tight end. He will be playing this year with the Mahoning Valley Thunder as the starting tight end. See Shawn’s profile here.

In addition to these college athletes moving into the professional leagues Pat has had significant success with high school athletes who are looking to continue their careers in college. There are numerous examples of these athletes including:

Mylan Woods 2009 Division 2 state champion in girls high school basketball from Hathaway Brown High School. She is a Northwestern University recruit.		Ryan Adams All Ohio Team 2008 Baseball, 1st team All Conference and team MVP baseball 2008 while playing for Trinity High School. 1st team All conference freshman and junior years. Currently playing baseball at Cleveland State University.
