Xpress Sports Training is conveniently located between Strongsville and Brunswick in the north east corner of Medina County. It is minutes from Interstate 71.

There is ample securing parking immediately adjacent to the facility.

The XST facility is designed specifically for our programs. We can accomplish all phases of our workouts on site.

5,000 square foot indoor training facility. 2,500 square foot resistance training area on new indoor training sports turf. 16 stationary training stations for multiple sports training.

2,500 square foot weight room with new and updated training equipment. Free weights, dumbbells, Nautilus equipment, stationary bikes, treadmills and ellipticals. Comfortable separate parent waiting area with television

Speed and Conditioning Workouts
Monday thru Thursday - 6:00 PM and 7:30 PM
Friday – Closed
Saturday and Sunday – 10:00 AM

Weight Room
Monday thru Thursday – 6:00 PM till 9:00 PM
Friday – Closed
Saturday and Sunday - 10:00 AM till 12:00 PM

Workout times subject to change. 24 hour notices will be given to those clients with scheduled sessions.
