Fees

We strive to be an affordable quality source of speed and conditioning programs for Northeast Ohio. Our prices are designed to encourage the broadest range of participation while still providing the individualized instruction necessary to succeed.

First time participants receive two free workouts in addition to the package purchased. These two workouts ensure that the participant is comfortable with the program and the approach. This time is also used by Pat Adams to provide an assessment of the participants current status and to design the ongoing program.

• Payment of 50% of the package price is required at time of purchase. The balance is due within 2 weeks. See Coach Adams for any other payment inquiries.
  
  
• Individual workout sessions can be purchased at $25.00 per session. Individual sessions expire 6 MONTHS from date of purchase.

In order to ensure quality and safety, each workout session is limited to 12 ATHLETES. Advance sign up is recommended.
