Power is one of the building blocks in developing the complete athlete. Our focus on strength training is specific to the sport that the athlete is participating in. We target the muscles necessary for the specific skills of that sport. Combining techniques developed in our flexibility program with specific power movements results in a comprehensive training approach. This helps to build a stronger and more powerful athlete in the the offseason and to maintain strength and endurance in season.
